What it reads and sends
It reads
The game's own log file, and the game's memory once a second while the game is running, from outside the game.
It sends the run you're playing, your game account name, your rank and the cosmetics you own. The Activity screen in the tracker shows every upload byte for byte, and Pause uploads holds them all.
It never
Changes the game, injects anything into it, talks to Tempo's servers or simulates combat.
It never sends your game folder or its command line, and it drops every log line outside a short allowlist, because the log carries your Steam sign-in ticket.
Tempo's Third-Party Plugin and Modding Policy lists match history as acceptable, and bans tools that change the game, automate it, talk to its servers or simulate combat. The tracker does none of those.
To keep your runs to yourself, choose Private profile or Hidden runs in Settings.
